Team UBCF recently wrapped up an amazing Pink Bag Event® in Louisville, Kentucky, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support we received from our community. The event, held on December 6th and 7th, provided free shopping for breast cancer patients and survivors, offering them the chance to select from a variety of essential and fun items at no cost.
Our Pink Bag Event® was a huge success, thanks to the support of our dedicated team, volunteers, and generous donors. We provided hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of products to more than 100 breast cancer patients and survivors in attendance. Each participant received a variety of practical items such as clothing, shoes, personal care products, linens, pillows, and toys – to help ease their burdens and offer comfort during their recovery journey.
In addition to all the wonderful items, every participant received a bonus box valued at over $1,000 —a special gift to brighten their holiday season. We are so proud to have been able to provide this extra help, especially during such a meaningful time of year.
UBCF’s Pink Bag Events not only help to meet immediate needs but also uplifts the spirits of those who have endured so much, reinforcing the message that our amazing breast cancer warriors and thrivers are not alone in their fight.

A special thank you goes to Mall St. Matthews, a Brookfield Properties location, for donating the event space. Their generous support made it possible for us to host this incredible event.
