Stephanie Mastroianni

Executive Director

Stephanie Mastroianni, Executive Director since 2001, has shaped UBCF into the wonderful organization that it is today due in large part to her personal experience with breast cancer. Her mother passed away from the disease at the age of 42. Each of UBCF’s programs have evolved from this personal experience. In 2005, under Ms. Mastroianni’s leadership, UBCF expanded to reach the national community.

Drew Moore

Director of Call Center Operations

Drew Moore joined United Breast Cancer Foundation in July 2025 as Director of Call Center Operations, bringing more than a decade of experience in call center operations and team leadership. His focus is on growing a skilled, compassionate team that strengthens UBCF’s fundraising efforts and expands its ability to support individuals and families facing breast cancer.

Through staff development, consistent coaching, and strong donor relationships, Drew aims to build a call center equipped for sustainable growth. His goal is to turn donor generosity into meaningful assistance for those navigating the challenges of breast cancer.

Drew’s connection to UBCF’s mission is deeply personal—both his and his wife’s families have been affected by cancer, strengthening his resolve to make a difference. A devoted husband of more than 10 years and proud father of three sons, Drew brings the same care and dedication to his family life as he does to his work. Outside the office, he enjoys cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals and spending quality time playing disc golf with his boys.

Mitzi Buske

Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor - GIK Coordinator

Mitzi joined UBCF in 2022, bringing with her over 13 years of experience in third-party logistics and customer service, which she now applies to the UBCF Network of Giving (NOG) program. Mitzi has played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of UBCF's inventory system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. She is passionate about traveling to UBCF events, where she finds deep fulfillment in supporting individuals affected by breast cancer. Meeting clients and hearing their unique stories is something she treasures. Mitzi lives in Tennessee with her family, and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her second grandchild. She also enjoys spending time in Florida, visiting her son and daughter-in-law for relaxing vacations and making cherished memories.

Mary Evelyn Christy

Marketing Coordinator Program and Admin Support

Mary Evelyn joined Team UBCF in 2024. Having received multiple bachelor degrees in Geology, Archaeology, and Sustainability, she brings her data analysis and organizational skills to UBCF's Breast Screening Program. Passionate about helping others, Mary Evelyn is known for her bubbly personality and her deeply held belief that early detection saves lives! She is proud to work for UBCF, the foundation that operates in service to her late aunt, Audrey Beverly Christy Mastroianni. Mary Evelyn lives in Rhode Island with her two beloved Doodles, Winston and Poppy.

Danielle Lisko

Administrative Support

Danielle joined UBCF in 2022, bringing extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and a genuine passion for making a positive impact. Inspired by the loss of her grandmother to breast cancer, she is deeply committed to supporting those affected by the disease, making her work at UBCF especially personal and meaningful.

As a key point of contact and central resource for UBCF’s Jonesboro headquarters, Danielle helps coordinate daily operations, facilitates onboarding for new employees, assists donors with their accounts, and supports volunteer outreach efforts. She takes great pride in being part of a mission-driven team dedicated to serving those in need and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

Danielle resides in a small-town in Arkansas, where she finds joy in the slower pace of life, appreciates the peace and quiet of solitude, and cherishes quality time with her family. She also loves spoiling her beloved Toy Fox Terrier, Shiloh Ray, and her Great Dane, Cash Blue, while embracing the simple pleasures of life in a close-knit community.

Donnell Haynes

Warehouse Team Member

Donnell Haynes joined UBCF in 2025 as a UBCF Warehouse Team Member with a strong background in logistics and operations. Donnell brings over 10 years of military experience, where he served as a warehouse specialist during deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. His time in the military instilled a deep passion for warehouse work, driven by the satisfaction of creating efficient systems and supporting others through well-organized logistics.

Donnell holds an associate degree in Business Management, which complements his hands-on experience and enhances his understanding of supply chain operations and team coordination. He is known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Donnell enjoys spending quality time with his wife and five children. He’s also an avid cook and fisherman, finding balance and joy in family life and the outdoors.

Maricelda Cruz

Donation Center Lead

Maricelda Cruz joined Team UBCF in 2014 and is the Lead for UBCF's Donation Center located at our Huntington Station, New York office. Maricelda is also a key team member within UBCF's Network of Giving Program. She specializes in preparing, setting-up, and managing various aspects of UBCF production donation events nationwide. Maricelda is bi-lingual and assists our Spanish speaking clients. She resides in New York with her husband and two children.

Ashley Morgan

GIK Application Support & Promotion

Since joining UBCF in 2025, Ashley has poured her heart and soul into our mission, which is deeply personal to her. Having lost close family members to breast cancer, she is passionate about making a difference, raising awareness, and helping ensure no one has to face this journey alone. With years of experience in networking and social media influencing, Ashley is proud to use her voice to support a cause so close to her heart.

Beyond UBCF, Ashley is a devoted wife of over 13 years and a proud momma of three beautiful children. Her heart is equally dedicated to autism advocacy, inspired by her amazing 8-year-old son on the spectrum. Whether through UBCF or advocating for autism, Ashley's purpose is the same: to spread awareness, offer hope, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Cheyenne Burns

Call Center Lead

With over six years of experience in healthcare, Cheyenne has a genuine passion for helping others. Inspired by her aunt’s journey as a breast cancer survivor, being part of the United Breast Cancer Foundation team holds a special place in her heart. Outside of UBCF, Cheyenne lives in Harrisburg with her husband and son. She loves spending time with her family, creating lasting memories, and visiting Florida, her home away from home.

Rose Demuth

Call Center Lead

Rose joined UBCF in March 2026, bringing years of fundraising and customer service experience. Throughout her career, she has helped raise money for causes including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the American Lung Association, and MADD.

Rose’s passion for breast cancer fundraising is deeply personal. When her aunt Rachel was diagnosed with breast cancer, Rose and her family raised money for her treatment until she reached full remission. Today, Rachel is healthy, and Rose carries that same spirit of hope forward by helping raise funds for other patients and survivors.

Rose loves seeing how each donation grows into hope, support, and joy for women facing breast cancer. She is proud to help make a difference in the lives of others. She was born and raised right here in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Laura Edwards

Programs Support

Laura is from Northeast Arkansas and was first introduced to UBCF through her volunteer service during the October 2026 Breast Cancer Awareness Month free shopping event. Seeing her drive and passion, she was soon offered a position with the UBCF Programs team. She has experience in customer service and looks forward to working with women and families affected by breast cancer. When offered the position with UBCF, she was eager to accept as she could never forget the experience of getting to hear the unique stories and words of gratitude from UBCF's client's.

Laura has been married to her husband Coleton for 12 years and they has two children, Natalee and Blaine. She feels it is her responsibility to lead by example not only for her children, but everyone around her. She believes it should be a priority to teach your children the importance of integrity. She looks forward to working with UBCF and hopes that she can learn new ways to give back to the community.

Donation Center Staff

UBCF’s Donation Center is supported by Maricelda Cruz, Gricelda Pineda, Mainor Aguilar and dedicated volunteers. The Donation Center Team assists breast cancer patients and survivors as they select personal care and household items from our Gift-in-Kind Program. The Donation Center Staff are the very definition of “hands-on” employees. They assist with logistics, managing inventory, and most importantly, client care.
