The United Breast Cancer Foundation (UBCF), a national 501c3 nonprofit, is pleased to sponsor the third annual wellness retreat at the world renowned Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY this September 21-26. This workshop is offered to the community as an opportunity to focus on health and wellness. As a special gift, UBCF is offering scholarships for tuition on a first-come, first-served basis. About the Workshop 
Connect to Y.E.S. (Your Essence Self) Through Emotional Fitness is an extraordinary opportunity for healing and transformation. The workshop is facilitated by Andrea Hanson, CEHP, IKYTA, E-RYT-500, author of Amazon best seller, “Light Through the Keyhole” and former Program Director for Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Chopra Center. The workshop offers therapies and techniques in energy healing, yoga and meditation to assist in relieving stress and poor self-concepts. Attendees will learn how to replace negative feelings with confidence, peace and inner strength; becoming aware of their true self and purpose while learning the secrets of living authentically.
