Refund and Returns Policy

At United Breast Cancer Foundation (UBCF), all of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, we’ve got you covered.

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement at no charge. Simply submit a request within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, and our team will make it right.

To request a replacement, complete the form below or email us directly at Shop@ubcf.org. Please have your order number and any photos of damage ready before you begin.
