United Breast Cancer Foundation Selected as Featured Charity at Indianapolis 500
Announcements throughout the race event will help increase breast cancer awareness and the available support for males and females affected by breast cancer.
UBCF, is launching our ‘Making a Positive Difference’ campaign from May 22 -24, 2015 at The Indianapolis 500. UBCF will debut two new Public Service Announcements at the event, known as “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing”! The spots will help raise awareness about male and female breast cancer, and inform those in need that support and assistance is available through the UBCF programs.
UBCF is thrilled and honored to be a part of this event – spreading our mission and goals to an estimated 300,000 people in attendance (and that’s just on race day, 5/24/15!!). Our PSA’s will air 4 times per hour over the 3 day event (5/22 – 5/24) on the Jumbo-tron. As you attend or tune-in to watch the INDY 500, be sure to keep your eye out for UBCFs PSAs! During the event, UBCF representatives will be interviewing spectators, passing out information and letting folks know that our seven life-supporting programs are available to women, men & families across the country.
