You Are What You Eat, Says Momma

“You are what you eat,” my mother always used to say and now as I get older I find myself saying it to my daughter.  We’ve known for years that eating right can help you live longer but sometimes we just don’t do it. It really doesn’t take that much effort to change your eating habits – you don’t actually have to stop eating the foods you love, just cut back on the not so healthy.

These foods are rich in fiber and fiber is known to be good for you in so many ways, plus they taste good too.  Women suffering from breast cancer can reap endless benefits from these small changes.

Recently the Huffington Post, posted an article on 5 foods for healthy breasts, the foods they suggest are healthy and yummy, why not try one or two today…
