Raising Breast Cancer Awareness at Charlotte Motor Speedway

United Breast Cancer Foundation (UBCF) is proud to announce their message, “DriveOutBreastCancer.org” will be featured on Premium Motorsports Car #15, driven by Justin Marks. Marks is competing in the 2018 Inaugural NASCAR Bank of America ROVAL 400 taking place this Sunday, September 30th at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. UBCF’s very own Mrs. Lauren Brohm will meet with Justin Marks and the Premium Motorsports Team on Sunday and attend the race.
The action kicks off on Friday, September 28th with Bojangles’ Qualifying. The contenders for the NASCAR Xfinity Series championship will fight to the finish with Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series regulars in the Drive for the Cure 200 presented on Saturday, September 29th. A new chapter at “America’s Home for Racing,” Charlotte Motor Speedway, will see drivers duel door to door in one of the most challenging and dramatic races on the schedule. History will be written on September 30th when the Inaugural Bank of America ROVAL 400, NASCAR’s homecoming showcase of speed and excitement, roars to life on the ROVAL! This is the first cutoff and road course race in NASCAR’s playoffs Round 1.
UBCF’s message, “DriveOutBreastCancer.org” on car #15 coincides with its message featured in the Official NASCAR Anthem Playoff Program on page 21, requesting NASCAR fans to donate a vehicle in support of Breast Cancer patients and families. The Breast Cancer Awareness message features a patriotic image with educational facts about both male and female breast cancer. One of UBCF’s goals is to increase awareness of male breast cancer and encourages men and women to be aware of any physical changes. Learn the Self Breast Exam here: male version, female version.
