“You are what you eat,” my mother always used to say and now as I get older I find myself saying it to my daughter. We’ve known for years that eating right can help you live longer but sometimes we just don’t do it. It really doesn’t take that much effort to change your eating habits – you don’t actually have to stop eating the foods you love, just cut back on the not so healthy.
