Breast Cancer Support Programs

When the road feels impossible, faith reminds us that we are never walking alone.

UBCF mitigates the impact of breast cancer treatments and enhances the lives of patients and survivors by distributing a vast array of products free of charge directly and through our network of dozens of affiliated charity partners.

What is Breast Cancer?

Cancer is a group of many related diseases that begin in cells, the body’s basic building blocks. To understand cancer, it is helpful to know what happens when normal cells become cancerous. The body is made up of many types of cells. Normally, cells grow and divide to produce more cells as they are needed to keep the body healthy. Sometimes, this orderly process goes wrong. New cells form when the body does not need them, and old cells do not die when they should. The extra cells form a mass of tissue called a growth or tumor. Not all tumors are cancerous; tumors can be benign or malignant.

Gift in Kind Program

Network of Giving

We believe that through faith, group collaboration, and partnership with similar organizations, we can reach more communities and leave a deeper impact on those who need it most. Every person impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis deserves to feel seen, embraced with dignity, and given a renewed sense of hope and strength.

Faith calls us to do more than hope, it calls us to act. Since 2019, UBCF has given away over 115 million in In Kind goods to the affected breast cancer community across the United States. Our uplifting Pink Bag Free Shopping Events have helped thousands of women, men, and families find the support, community, and dignity that they deserve. Thanks to our network of Charity Partners and their local events, our reach extends even further.

Annual gifts-in-kind distributed from 2019 through 2024, totaling $115,816,753.
