United Breast Cancer Foundation is hosting a multi-day Pink Bag Event® in Huntington Station, NY from Tuesday, November 12 through Saturday, November 16, 2024. Join us as we ring in the holiday season!
UBCF’s Pink Bag Event is free of charge and open to breast cancer patients and survivors, regardless of gender. People are welcome to apply from anywhere in the United States, however, approved applicants are responsible for attending and picking up items during their scheduled appointment time. Items cannot be stored or shipped.

- baby & children’s items
- …. and more!

In order to determine if you are eligible to apply for UBCF’s event, please complete the Eligibility Questionnaire below (this is not an application). You will be notified via email within seven (7) business days regarding the next steps in the application process. Only approved applicants are eligible to receive items at UBCF’s event. Please be on the lookout for correspondence from GIKapplications@ubcf.org.

Once a person is invited to apply, they will be required to include the HIPAA Compliant Authorization (filled out by applicant). Form available to download HERE
