UBCF’s Print Public Service Announcement (PSA) Featured in PGA’s 100th Championship Official Souvenir Program

 

1200px-PGAChampionship2018Logo.svgThe PGA Championship, the final leg of golf’s Grand Slam, traditionally boasts golf’s greatest international field. Rich in history and tradition, 2018 marks the 100th Anniversary tournament that features more Top 100 world ranked players than any other golf major, from reigning Masters Champion, Sergio Garcia, to international icons like Jordan Speith, Rory McIlroy, and Dustin Johnson.  Bellerive Country Club just outside St. Louis, Missouri hosted the 100th PGA Championship August 9th through 12th.  2018 marks the second time the PGA Championship was played at Bellerive. 

PGA Championship 2018 FINALUBCF’s print PSA is featured in The Official 100th PGA Championship Commemorative Souvenir Program on page 141 (a Right Hand Read) and highlights a mother teaching her child how to play golf. The PSA shares educational facts about male and female breast cancer as well as UBCF’s program offerings to assist Breast Cancer patients, survivors and family members. The PSA invites PGA fans to get involved and support Breast Cancer Patients & Families.  The Official 100th PGA Championship Commemorative Souvenir Program was sold at Bellerive Country Club in Town and Country Missouri during all rounds of the PGA Championship. In addition, the publication is available Nationwide at major newsstands, bookstores, mass and specialty stores, supermarkets, pro shops, and airports at a cover cost of $10. National exposure is estimated over 500,000! 

Congratulations to Brooks Koepka – the 2018 PGA Championship 100th Anniversary Winner.  Perhaps even more impressive, Tiger Woods makes an unforgettable comeback with second place!
